sessions are occasionally graying out/freezing when users are idle in fusion client (not timeout)

Hi,

We are seeing fusion client sessions freeze occasionally.  does not appear to be timeout, and no warning is given.

any ideas what might be causing this? and if refreshing the browser will cause non-committed data to be refreshed?
