How can I have a Sales Manager submit her own forecast to her manager separate from submitting her d

This is a question for Oracle Sales in the eBusiness Suite:

A group of Sales Agents reports to a Sales Manager. The manager reports to the Sales Director.

The Sales Manager has her own opportunities that she works on and also manages a group of subordinates.

The manager receives forecasts submitted from her subordinates. She needs to view/adjust the forecasts and submit these to the director

The manager has her own opportunities. She needs to view the forecast of her opportunities, adjust as needed and submit her own forecast separately.

I am trying variations of group hierarchy and roles but I am not able to have the manager able to see her own forecast separately. In all variations the forecasts of the manager opportunities are rolled into the forecast numbers of her subordinates. Is anyone familiar with how to configure this so as to have the manager able to view her forecasts separate from her subordinates?
