Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. BSSV timeout

Hi all,

We are facing problem with BSSV. It is noticed that after sometime session gets invalid and user gets Gateway timeout error.

I found a solution in metalink about changing setting in WAS to uncheck 'enable authentication..' which is already done.

Any other suggestion would be great help?
