BSSV timeout

Hi all,

We are facing problem with BSSV. It is noticed that after sometime session gets invalid and user gets Gateway timeout error.

I found a solution in metalink about changing setting in WAS to uncheck 'enable authentication..' which is already done.

Any other suggestion would be great help?
