What factors to consider while setting up maxtasks,maxmtservers and minmtservers

Hi,

What factors to consider while setting up maxtasks and maxmtservers for comp such workflow process manager, EAIObjMgr_enu and XMLP Report server comp.   Can both interactive and batch components sized in the same manner of any difference ?

Does Siebel recommends ratio between mastasks and maxmtservers is 20? Can't we set above and below to this as per our requirements.. any issue if any

Interms of hardware resources such as number of cpu , memory what are things the we need to take into consideration?  How to make sure that the sizing of the components is at par with hardware resources such as CPUs and Memory....etc.,
