Getting an error "PRVF-4190 : Verification of the hosts config file failed" while setup oracle 11gR2

Hi ,

I am getting an error "PRVF-4190 : Verification of the hosts config file failed" while setup oracle 11gR2 grid on HP-UX 11.31 IA

etc/hosts files are very proper. Service guard cluster with cfs pkgs are configured before starting rac installation. Please help me to solve the problem. Getting same error for both public lan and private lan also getting the same error during the installation by runInstaller. Checked in google, everyone suggesting about etc/hosts file only.
