Fail to create ASN with the ERROR: derive_vendor_rcv_line_qty-098: 1

After running the request of Receiving Transaction Processor ，the request completed and the status of it is normal.But some RTI are found whose process_staus is error in the rcv_headers_interface table and the rcv_transactions_interface table.

In rcv_transactions_interface table the following information exists.

ERROR:       derive_vendor_rcv_line_qty-098: 1

Cause:       A SQL error has occurred in derive_vendor_rcv_line_qty.  The SQL error is User-Defined Exception.

Action:       Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for further assistance.
