Is it possible to have a restore point for a subset of tables?

We are on 11.2.0.3 Ent Edition; using Dataguard (primary & standby).  We have an application upgrade and this involves 10 tables -- 2 of which are rather large (37 GB).  is there a way to create a restore point just for these 10 tables... in case we have to roll back the changes? 

Are there any documents showing how to do this?  and any thing to be aware of ?
