How to create new customer language preference

Hi, we are in a migration process from 812 to 910 (9.1.4.7) and also have to include new companies (different countries-same language).In the same installation it's necessary to have different alternate descriptions for products using F4101D. But as users have the same Language preference (F0092) it's not possible.So we think about creating a new language preference (01/LP) in order to use it in F4101D.But the language preference installation must be the same (S=Spanish).Is this possible? How can we do it?
