Oracle database CPU version 18139695 failing with error Archive not rolled back

Hi,

While installing the Oracle DB CPU version 18139695 in silent mode on Solaris 10 x86 64 bit server failing with an error UtilSession failed: ApplySession failed in system modification phase... 'Archive not rolled back kstst.o to /opt/CSCONSAx/ext/oracle/product/11.2.0/NPDB/lib/libserver11.a. Attached the session output below and could any one please help me to resolve this issue.
