Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Amex card transaction not displaying

Hi

We have an issue where user in the process of submitting a long expense report got an error "system error occured".

She logged back in the expense report is saved but does not display any expense or credit card transactions which she had selected

Also when she tried to create a new expense report no AMEX transactions are shown again

What could be the reason and where are these selected AMEX transactions
