Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to avoid vertex tax call on zero amount lines?

In Sales order, option class items are shown as lines with zero amount. When interfaced to invoice each line has one tax line with zero amount.

Is there any way to avoid vertex tax call for these lines? To achieve this Tax rules to be created in eBtax or Vertex for the same?
