Blanket Purchase Agreement not archiving like we think it would, we have Achive set to Approve. Als

We have the Archive set to Approve.  I would expect the document to be updated in the Archive.  Also, Our developers are not certain how the base price per unit is obtained on the main standard Purchase Agreement Stylesheet.  I am at a cross roads as to whether the document is actually being archived properly (which is very well may be, because the revision is correct), or that our custom stylesheet is simply not pulling the right data.  The standard stylesheet shows the base unit price to be 11.94 and then 12.42 for the unit price.  The latter is actually
