Task number search in iSupport

Hello All,

I have a requirement of implementing search service requests based on task number in iSupport Home page Quick Find search bar. We are currently on Release 12.1.1. I could find some metalink notes on how to disable entries in Quick Find but unable to get any information anywhere on how to include SR search by task number.

Would appreciate if any one of you have implemented any new custom search on iSupport Home page Quick find search bar/bin....
