Multiple Suppliers in LOV while Checking out in iStore

In the Checkout stage after selecting products, we are using a DFF segment to select the supplier. This should have one supplier but we are seeing multiple values in LOV. When we try the same for another iStore, we do not see these multiple values. We have compared the setups of both these iStores and nothing seems obvious. The Value Set attached to the segment in both the cases uses same query and data is fetched from tables. We are lost as to what could be causing this difference in the list of suppliers.
