Contact Notification not delivering Notification to Message Centre

Hi,

I have set up a contact notification on an Agent Event and the contact notification is setup to deliver to message centre.

I run the data query on that event but only the "Notify" specification in the Data Query gets sent to the Message centre. the Contact notification associated with the Agent Event doesnt not get shown up.

Anyone knows what may be missing in the setup that may not be delivering to message centre?
