Hi, can i refer to this F4209 to very that email has been sent out to approver ? If yes, which field is indicating the sent status ?

Aside of this E1 level, can i trace the sent email from the smtp server ?

pls check this P43008 as attached...is something wrong here?

How do I check whether is JDE sending out email notifications to designated user in approval route.

There’s one particular user that is saying he does not receive email notification.

I had checked his Address Book, and the email tied to it is correct and Message Indicator had also been set to 1.
