How to make the Names in Upper Case Automatically?

Hi Experts,

We are creating the Suppliers, and we wrote the names in some time Upper Case and in Lower Case. Here we need to fix the Supplier Name on Upper Case. That whenever any user enters/maintain suppliers name information it will automatically be in Caps(Upper Case) format.
