Reclaim space from fregmentated table

Hello,

I want ot reclaim the fregmentated space from Table where the fregmentated space is about 270 MB
when I tries to reclaim it by shrinking it (alter atble ... shrink space ) it has just decreased by 4 MB.

Can you please let me know how can i reclaim the maximum amount of space from the wasted space .
