Script to check configuration information

Hi

We've set up NETRETRYCOUNT, NETDELAY, DATALOADERRORLIMIT in .cfg file. After setting these up, we've stop-started essbase server (even machine had to be rebooted once).  Inspite of it, dataload is stopping at first record itself. And database restructure is errorring out with network error. We suspect that the file settings are not being used.

How do we verify that these configuration settings are being utilized use and if they are not, what may be possible root cause.

Note : Its heavy ASO application (Outline 180mb) is being moved from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.3.5 version.
