My obsolete backups are not purged from tape. The commands Report obsolete don't return the obsolete

I have this backup policy

1- backup database on Disk by RMAN

2- Move backups from Disk to tape (Avamar) by RMAN

I am using a recovery catalog

I have a retention of 30 days oand some keep clause for monthly and uyearly backups.

But I remark that the obsolete backups are not purged by the command delete obsolete

Can someone help me
