SBL-BPR-00162, SBL-DAT-00353, SBL-DAT-00469 error in Siebel

Hi,

As we test on the Renumber and Indent functionality of the record, we encountered an intermittent error as shown below:

Error invoking service 'Context Service', method 'SyncRowSetData' at step 'Sync Context'.(SBL-BPR-00162)Business component '<?>' is already in cached update mode.(SBL-DAT-00353)Business component 'Order Entry - Orders' is not in cached update mode.(SBL-DAT-00469)

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a carrier route record with Role 1.

2. Create a carrier route record with Role 1.

3. Create a carrier route record with Role 2.

4. Click Move Up.

5. Click Renumber.

6. Click Indent.

We tried to replicate the error on different environment and the result was the error is intermittent.
