How to download orai18n.jar for one error :

Hello All,

Customer is updating DB to 12.1.0.2 in EBS 12.1.3

After copy appsutil.pl from ap to db and created context file.

then running autoconfig and facing the below error.

Attempting upload of Context file and templates to database...ERROR: InDbCtxFile.uploadCtx() : SQLException : Non supported character set (add orai18n.jar in your classpath): JA16SJIS

java.sql.SQLException: Non supported character set (add orai18n.jar in your classpath): JA16SJIS
