Facing Security error while we consuming fusion webservice in rightnow

in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are trying to integrate the Oracle RightNow with Fusion by using the fusion webservice. But we are facing a bit authenticatic problems in invoking the fusion webservice with in Rightnow Add-in. We raised the SR in Rightnow support regarding this issue. We got the feedback from them that to raise this SR for Fusion CRM support. For your reference i am giving the reference no. that we raised in rightnow support"141013-000111". Can you please provide any sample document to invoking the fusion webservice in Rightnow?
