How to setup Petty Cash for India , especially the payment documents?

Hi All ,

I need to setup Petty Cash account for India . Have created a Petty cash bank, branch and account  . Wanted to know what payment document format can we use for this account . The purpose is to pay the physical cash and does not require any kind of clearance and remmitance .
