Windows 8.1 Certified with Oracle E-Business Suite rel 11.5.10.2

We are planning a migration of Windows XP.

The Doc ID 285218.1 explains the requirements for browsers certified by Oracle for use with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i , however it is still not clear the compatibility with the Microsoft SO version.

Is Windows 8.1 certified with our Oracle E-Business Suite release 11.5.10.2?
