how can i amend a tasklist in HFM workspace in V11.1.2.3.500 ?

I am in development doing some testing of V11.1.2.3.500 and im struggling to find where to see the current tasklists and some folders that are already created.

I can create a new tasklist and it saves it but then I cant amend it either.

Can anyone help?
