Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. sorry, this is a basic question about update tr:

1_how long JDE was downtime? I means E1&Html services

2_do I need to restart services any time?

3_on what step take effect the component? upload/distribute? or change component?

I need this values estimated for mi documentation
