According to the README file for Oracle® Database Patch (19651773) -  version 11.2.0.4.10, there are no security fixes for client only installations.  However, Patch 19799291 (OJVM) is required on the clients but has a prerequsite of patch 19651773.  Does 19651773 (Oct 2014 CPU) need to be applied to the client-only installations?
