Changes in EBS (source system) are not refreshed in FDMEE

Hi all,
FDMEE has recently been patched to 11.1.2.3.520.
We load data using Absolute Value as signage method.
The account type has been changed for some accounts from "A" to "O", however when the rule is run after the change, data is still imported as an asset (the sign is unchanged).
As a test, I have created a new source system, and associated to it a new import format, location, data load rule and mappings, an the signage in that case is correct (the sign is changed).
It looks like if the account type was stored anywhere before the change, but it is not refreshed after changing the setup in eBS.
