BI Publisher data source based on Siebel web service.

Hi, I am trying to generate a report based on Siebel inbound web service. I am trying to setup a data source in BI publisher based on Web service. I am not sure what to enter in Server, Port and URL suffix fields to be able to call a siebel inbound web service within company firewall. Please advise.
