R12.1.3 - Total Cost Budget of a Project

We are on R12.1.3. We have two cost budgets against every budget, inital cost budget and supplemental cost budget. These are two different budget types. We would like to see the total cost budget amount against a project which is initial cost budget+supplemental cost budget amount. How can we see this amount in Projects?
