E910_how to verify if the system had sent email to approver ?

Hi, can i refer to this F4209 to very that email has been sent out to approver ? If yes, which field is indicating the sent status ?

Aside of this E1 level, can i trace the sent email from the smtp server ?

pls check this P43008 as attached...is something wrong here?
