Dear All

We are having 12.1.3 Oracle ebis on solaris 10.
Auditor requested to revoke/disable the unsecured ERP database package.
Following are the packages UTL_FILE,UTL_TCP,UTL_SMTP,UTL_HTTP,DBMS_LOB,DBMS_SQL,DBMS_JOB,DBMS_RANDOM and DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT

Please suggest.
