Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Purchasing Quotation unusual behaviour?

Hello Experts,

I am facing one unusual behaviour in Purchasing quotation functionality.

I manually created Bid Quote and tried converting to SPO. The main issue is my Quote is in "In Process" status but still its converted to SPO, why?

Case1:

I tried verifying its functionality and found whatever may be the status of quote(In Process, Active, Closed) its allowing to create SPO.

Case2:

I set From date to 17Oct2014, To date to 19Oct2014 and creation date is 21Oct2014. Even this allows to convert Quote to SPO.

Kindly confirm if what i am observing is intended or am i missing any setups to control it..
