Is there any API to update the shipped_qty but not backorder for other required_qty

Hi Experts

12.1.3.

Want to update the shipped_quantity from API, but keep the backorder as '0'. Is it possible?

Note:Which API can be used to partially Backorder a Pick Released Order Line ? (Doc ID 785590.1) provide the API, but this API will backorder partial.
