SmartView: Connection to Shared Services Provider Failed

Hi,

For only some users, we are having a problem when they try to connect to SmartView Shared Connections to Essbase. Error message is that "The provider running at https://url/workspace/SmartViewProviders is not a Shared Services provider".

It only happens to some users, while for others are working. Version of SmartView is the same that any other user (11.1.2.5.000 (Build 111)) and I have asked to launch on a browser both https://url/workspace/ (it reach the URL and it is authenticated with SSO) and https://url/workspace/SmartViewProviders (receiving the typical message: HTTP methog GET is not supported by this URL).
