Oracle EBS migration from IBM AIX to Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.X

Hi,

I have requirements to migrate my Oracle EBS R12 production RAC based environment from IBM AIX to RHEL 5.x, what can be the pros and cons of carrying out this project.

I will really appreciate if anybody can share experience in this regard.
