Use picklist value in an assignment

Hi all,

     I have created a picklist measure with 8 possible different values. For business reason, in range definition I had to differentiate  the label and the value.

So, for example, I have 01(fix1),02(fix2) and so on..

Supposing I have a String measure "TempMeasure", is there a way to initialise the TempMeasure with the label of my picklist?  e.g TempMeasure = fix1
