RPAS Configuration Manager and rpasConfigMgr - config consolidation

If I have 2 consultants working on the same starting point configuration, can I use the "RPAS Configuration Manager" to consolidate the updates made by the individual consultants to get the configuration that has updates made by both the consultants at the end of the day.

Please confirm.

For example -

Configuration dated 15th Oct  - CONFIG_15th

Now -

Consultant A started working on CONFIG_15th

Consultant B started working on CONFIG_15th

Configurations dated 20th Oct

CONFIG_20th_A -  created by Consultant A

CONFIG_20th_B -  created by Consultant B

Can I use "RPAS Configuration Manager", to arrive at the
