Hello.  I have OEM 12C up and running and when one of our users attempts to access the OEM 12C Gui/Url they receive the following type of message:

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to oracle-emrep1.ucdavis.edu:7802, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Technical Details!

oracle-emrep1.ucdavis.edu:7802 uses an invalid security certificate.

This certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

I don't get this message when I login to the OEM 12C Gui/Url but the aforementioned User who does get this message is an a different location/office then myself?  Not sure if the user should "Add Exception" to there Browser (Mozilla Firefox) or of there is some update on the OEM 12C OMS server I should make.  Thanks.
