Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hi Alex: The following thread will address your issue

The flowing error occurs when we try to apply patch #3485155:

AutoPatch error:

The following file is missing:

/u01/oracle/appl/pa/11.5.0/admin/driver/pasb038.drv

The issue we are running into is described in the following note: 1314059.1, but applying patch 348155 is actually supposed to resolve this issues.
