cannot launch workspace/shared services

Hello All - I'm unable to launch Workspace or Shared Services pages and here are the entries from the log file. I am trying to make sense out of that particular error message about ContentCachingServletFilter. Please advise

EPM is 11.1.2.3 on a Windows 2008 environment.
