Need a scrip or Functinality in Oracle apps to copy cost from cost type1 to cost type2 excluding cer

Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to copy itme cost from cost type1 to cost type 2, but while copying or after copying . I would like to remove certain subelements from cost type 2 for items.
