Document Sequencing at BSV

As per the France Statutory requirements, it is supposed to have sequence number generated for each LE which is BSV in our case.

For France, we have one Legal entity and no BSV values are assigned to it. The journals are getting created across BSV values. If we want to generate the document sequencing for each BSV value, what are the options available in oracle r12?
