Difference between EnterpriseOne Mobile Enterprise Applications and Mobile Smartphone applications

Hi,

The attached documentation regarding mobility lists out mobility solutions in two categories:

1. Mobile Enterprise Applications (across various modules and about 57 in number - number might have changed)

2. Mobile Smartphone Applications (in which 5 are listed).

What is the difference between these two categories?
