Pre Caching of Complex Product Modeling

Hi All,

To give a background we are using SIEBEL 8.1.1.11 Version,We are trying to achieve the Pre Caching of Complex Product Modeling.

I have Set the ServerSessionBusSvc = Configurator Cache Service  and  ServerSessionBusSvcMethod = SynchCache, eProdCfgCacheEngineObjects true from Product Configurator Componenent.

But in SIebel Log Product Configurator Component it is not calling the method: 'GetProductsToPreCache'.

Cache fro Complex product was Enabled in Admin Product/Cache Admin Screen.

Do we have to do any Other Configuration?
