hi all , please help me understand this:

A Work order has failed (i.e the service was not activated) but the work order status in TBL_WRK_ORDER is 104 and the TBL_NE_EVENT table has "Auxiliary Port Connect Failure" as the event text.

1. what could be the reason for this event? ( the parameter MAX_CONNECTIONS = 10 times of resources)

2. when the order has failed why is the status 104?

3. how do I get the root cause fro this?

4. how do i go about looking at .diag files ? where does a order start and end in sarm and jnep files?
