To disable retirement functionality from Oracle Assets

Hi Experts,

Please guide how to disable retirements button from Assets Workbench? Is there any way around other than Forms Personalization to do so?

At the most, I used menu & function exclusions from responsibility level but that does not disable Retirement button from Asset workbench. Please help.
