Rounding order total in multiples of 5

Hi,

We are on 12.1.3 & need to be able to round the total of an invoice/order in multiples of 5.

The detailed requirements is spelled out in this ER: Bug 7003537 : NEW ROUNDING REQUIREMENT

In the meantime, any suggestions on options/workarounds that we can use to produce the same desired result?
