R12.2.3 custom report output

Hi all,

During upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.3, our customer found that when viewing custom report output, it shows: The concurrent request XXXXX did not create an output file.

But the output file is created under $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT.

The only difference is that in FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS table, in column outfile_name, it is/oxxxxxx.out, instead of fullpath:

/oracle/demo/app/fs_ne/inst/VIS_crp1app/logs/appl/conc/out/oxxxxxx.out

Do you have any idea why this happen? Is there any difference for report output between 12.1 and 12.2?

For report log, there’s no issue. And for standard report, there's no issue.
